No. Uptech does not sell shared accounts, keys from unverified sources or accounts of unknown origin. Businesses should use valid licenses assigned to specific users or email addresses to control access and manage handover when staff change.

This is not recommended. Uptech prioritizes activation for an identified email address or user, or provides instructions so customers retain control of their passwords, cookies, recovery codes and data.

As a reference conversion, Claude Pro starts at approximately 510.000đ/month ($20), or 5.100.000đ/year with annual payment ($200), using an exchange rate of 25.500–26.500đ/USD and excluding VAT. These are not fixed selling prices: Uptech’s actual quotation uses the exchange rate on the payment date, with VAT and the scope of support factored in. If you pay by card, your bank may also charge foreign-currency transaction fees.

You save $40 per year compared with monthly payment ($20 × 12 = $240), approximately 1.020.000đ at the reference exchange rate. This is exactly two monthly payments. In return, you must pay $200 upfront. Annual billing is suitable once the user is using Pro consistently; if an upgrade to Max is likely in the next few months, monthly billing offers more flexibility because Max is billed monthly only.

Yes. The same Pro account works on the web, desktop applications, and iOS and Android apps; usage limits are shared across devices and with Claude Code. Sign in with the email address on which the plan was activated; there is no need to upgrade again in the app.

Yes. When you upgrade in the iOS or Android app, Apple or Google processes the payment, and app-store prices may differ from web prices. Apple reviews App Store refund requests; for Google Play purchases, contact Anthropic support to check the applicable conditions. Subscribers who purchased in the app must use the web version to buy usage credits. If they receive Claude as a gift, they must wait until their in-app subscription ends before redeeming the code. Businesses that need purchasing documentation should avoid having employees upgrade in the app, because Apple or Google sends receipts to the employee’s personal account.

This is not recommended. Pro is a single-user plan: two people would consume the same session and weekly allowance, exhausting it sooner, while mixing their chat history, Memory and Projects. Claude sign-in uses a link or code sent by email, or a Google account, so the second person would need access to the first person’s mailbox or Google account. Two separate Pro accounts cost $40/month; if centralized administration is needed, 2 Claude Team Standard seats also cost $40/month when billed annually.

Yes. Anthropic sells official gifts for Pro, Max 5x and Max 20x for terms of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Most existing Pro or Max subscribers can buy gifts; Free accounts and Team/Enterprise members currently cannot. Recipients redeem their code at claude.ai/gift/redeem using their own email address, without a payment card. Unredeemed codes expire 365 days after purchase, and multiple codes cannot be stacked at the same time.

It is sufficient for most small to medium tasks, such as fixing bugs, writing functions, reviewing code and working with moderately sized repositories. Claude Code shares its allowance with chat, so long agent sessions on large codebases can easily hit the 5-hour session limit. In that case, consider Max 5x ($100/month), Max 20x ($200/month), or a Premium seat if the company uses Team. For comparison, token-based Claude Code billing in enterprise deployments averages approximately $13/developer per day of use.

There are four options. First, wait for the allowance to reset: session limits reset after 5 hours, while weekly limits reset at the time shown in Settings > Usage. Second, enable usage credits to continue at API rates, and set a spending limit. Third, use the allowance more efficiently: group related questions, start a new chat when changing topics, and keep reusable documents in Projects. Fourth, if you reach the limit every week, upgrade to Max 5x or Max 20x.
