Privacy Policy

Flying Fish ("the game") is made by Uptech Global. This policy explains what data is processed when you play. In short: we do not collect personal data ourselves; the game shows ads from Google AdMob, which collects some device data to show and measure ads.

Data processed by advertising (Google AdMob)

The game uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded ads (for example to revive or double your pearls) and occasional full-screen ads between rounds. Google AdMob may collect and process:

• Device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID or the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA, only with your permission)
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Basic device and app information and ad interactions (for example ad views and clicks)
• Crash and performance diagnostics of the ads SDK

This data is used to deliver ads, measure them, prevent fraud and, where you have agreed, personalize ads. Data is encrypted in transit. How Google uses this data is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

App analytics (Google Firebase)

The game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played (for example levels started and finished, scores and app crashes) so we can improve it and measure our advertising. It collects an app instance ID, device and app information, approximate location derived from the IP address and in-game events. We do not send your name, email or other personal information. Your choices

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice later. On any Android device you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads). On iPhone, the game asks for permission before using your device's advertising identifier, and you can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress (score, stars, level, pearls) and settings are stored only on your device. We do not receive them. You can delete them via Settings → Reset progress in the game, or by uninstalling the game.

Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Dữ liệu do quảng cáo (Google AdMob) xử lý

Trò chơi dùng Google AdMob để hiển thị quảng cáo có thưởng do bạn tự chọn xem (ví dụ để hồi sinh hoặc nhân đôi ngọc trai) và thỉnh thoảng hiển thị quảng cáo toàn màn hình giữa các lượt chơi. Google AdMob có thể thu thập và xử lý:

• Mã nhận dạng thiết bị, như mã nhận dạng quảng cáo Android hoặc mã IDFA trên iOS (chỉ khi bạn cho phép)
• Địa chỉ IP và vị trí gần đúng suy ra từ địa chỉ IP
• Thông tin cơ bản về thiết bị, ứng dụng và tương tác với quảng cáo (ví dụ lượt xem, lượt nhấp)
• Dữ liệu chẩn đoán lỗi và hiệu năng của SDK quảng cáo

Dữ liệu này được dùng để phân phối, đo lường quảng cáo, chống gian lận và, nếu bạn đồng ý, cá nhân hoá quảng cáo. Dữ liệu được mã hoá khi truyền. Cách Google sử dụng dữ liệu được mô tả tại https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Phân tích ứng dụng (Google Firebase)

Trò chơi dùng Google Analytics for Firebase để hiểu cách người chơi sử dụng (ví dụ màn bắt đầu và kết thúc, điểm số, lỗi ứng dụng) nhằm cải thiện trò chơi và đo lường quảng cáo. Dịch vụ này thu thập mã phiên bản ứng dụng, thông tin thiết bị và ứng dụng, vị trí gần đúng suy ra từ địa chỉ IP và các sự kiện trong game. Chúng tôi không gửi tên, email hay thông tin cá nhân khác của bạn. Xem https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Lựa chọn của bạn

Nếu bạn ở Khu vực Kinh tế Châu Âu, Vương quốc Anh hoặc Thuỵ Sĩ, trò chơi sẽ hỏi ý kiến đồng ý của bạn trước khi hiển thị quảng cáo cá nhân hoá, và bạn có thể thay đổi lựa chọn sau đó. Trên mọi thiết bị Android, bạn có thể đặt lại hoặc xoá mã nhận dạng quảng cáo, hoặc tắt quảng cáo cá nhân hoá trong phần cài đặt của thiết bị. Trên iPhone, trò chơi sẽ hỏi quyền trước khi dùng mã nhận dạng quảng cáo của thiết bị, và bạn có thể thay đổi bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư & Bảo mật → Theo dõi.

Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị

Tiến trình chơi (điểm, sao, cấp độ, ngọc trai) và cài đặt chỉ được lưu trên thiết bị của bạn, chúng tôi không nhận được. Bạn có thể xoá trong Cài đặt → Xoá tiến trình, hoặc gỡ cài đặt trò chơi.

Trẻ em

Trò chơi dành cho người chơi từ 13 tuổi trở lên và không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em.

Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật trang này và ngày cập nhật ở trên nếu chính sách thay đổi.
